The webmaster is currently updating the, already long, Affiliates Page list. If you would like to be on our list please contact the webmaster for more details. All groups on our list have responded to our inquiry and have proven themselves to be legitimate groups who work in a professional manor. The purpose of the list is to direct online viewers to groups in their area. Even though AAPI travels we are on a tight schedule and may not be able to visit locations for an extended period of time. (We have been known to be booked 18 months in advance.) The page is checked on a monthly basis for expired links. If we are not told of a link change, it is simply removed. This is a hard business to be in. We have noticed 75% of groups terminate within a years time. This is why we keep an eye on things. If you notice a link is no longer active, please contact the webmaster.

AAPI’s founder, Stephen, has just return from New Mexico where he had the opportunity to tour and investigate several locations. Starting in Taos he visited/interviewed employees of the Kit Carson Museum and Bent House. He also interviewed a few employees of the Taos Inn and visited the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’. Whilst in Santa Fe Stephen visited the Heritage Home, did a quick run through of the old hospital building, downtown, and interviewed employees of the Fonda Hotel. He was also sent to La Posada Hotel. After interviewing a couple employees there he headed to the Grant Corner Inn. He was given a lead to Abiquiu, where the voice of Georgia O’Keefe’s husband, a fine photographer, has been know to appear and be heard. In listening to the recording of the tour, nothing has yet to have been found to prove this urban legend. In Albuquerque, Stephen visited The Arroyo in hopes of capturing audio of the weeping woman. To help burn daylight he visited the Luna-Otero Mansion. Once it was dark enough he headed to Haunted Hill hoping to catch the foot steps and screaming. A detailed report will be done when all data has been analyzed. These were not official investigations. We do not believe in investigating alone. If we are alone we do preliminary investigations to collect historical information and interview witnesses to help us prepare for full investigations at a later date.

AAPI was asked to help with an investigation of the Old Montana Prison, Deer Lodge Montana. We worked with the Big Sky Ghost Hunters and their founder, Karen Stevens. The Prison was officially closed in 1979 and all inmates were moved to the ‘new’ prison at Deer Lodge. In analyzing of data gathered from the investigation this last June 2nd, we have established over 100 EVP’s from various recorders placed at strategic locations around the prison. The investigation, itself, ran from 4:pm to 1:30am. Over 1000 photos were taken. Over 17 hours of audio. As well as 4 hours of video. Our complete report will be available for public view in a few weeks. Please check the Prison for the hard copy of the report as well as on our web site.

April 5 th is the anniversary of the Grey Lady. Every year at dusk, she walks across the cemetery to lay flowers on the grave of the man she was to merry, but murdered instead. Invited were member of Ghost Investigations: Colorado , GI: Colorado . Stephanie and Danielle were phenomenal in representing GI: Colorado . While up on the hill aiming video cameras at the location and beyond, we ran into 2 incredible members of P.I.T, Paranormal Investigation Team. Mike and Kevin were not only ambitious and genuine buy hard working and friendly as well. All of our teams believe that in order to really discover what is going on, we need to work together. All 2 teams have a lot of footage ready to analyze. As soon as it is ready ours will be posted on this site.

To our knowledge and research we cannot seem to find any information regarding scientific readings documented during Exorcisms. We are currently discussing the protocol with various religious organizations and looking into using scientific intruments to help broaden the legitimacy of documentation during the process of exorcisms. We are exceptionally interested in the Electromagnetic Field Resonance as well as Infrared Visualization and Temperature Patterns. Our findings, of course, will only be posted under permission.

Elisha is currently working on a controlled experiment based on the subconscious. The object under supposition is the Ouija Board. He wants to test if the human mind subconsciously controls the Planchette even though eyes are closed and spirits are theoretically communicating. Our experiment will use 9 persons all unrelated to any paranormal group. They will be blind folded during our experiment. Our experiment is to change the boards by using simplistic symbols. There will be three boards used. One will have the three basic colors, Red, Yellow and Blue as blocks on various areas of the board. The second will contain Zenner symbols or other various symbols, like the Zodiac, in which will give a definition to. The third will have just a Yes and No placed at opposite ends (not necessary in the corners or sides which are where they would logically be placed). The boards will be used in one of three locations. The first location is known to be haunted (where we have collected physical data from). The second will be in neutral territory (where we have gotten impressions but no photos or video). The third will be a location which holds no urban legend and is a general area with no activity. The groups will be of 3 individuals who will travel to all locations and will be blind folded then ask to communicate using a various selected boards.

Jason Steelman was asked to hang a few of his paranormal pictures in Gallery Xzanthia as part of their ‘Hub of Humanity' experience series. Jason, AAPI's event coordinator, received an appreciated atmosphere as patrons viewed his work. Many questions were asked as well as the exchange of many ghost stories. AAPI was graciously invited to do an investigation of the gallery itself. We are pleased that the photographs were a huge success. You can visit Gallery Xzanthia web site by clicking here.

It saddens us to have to say goodbye to an outstanding member of ours. We wish Loyd Neal a fantastic future as he hangs up is ghost hunting cap and heads to his new life in another state. We will truly miss him.

The Denver based group recently met with the Ft Collins group to assemble a task force of 2 teams, 5 members each, to locate Hells Hanging Tree. In a 3.5 hour period a lot of ground was covered and both teams came up with the same conclusion; that the urban legend is either just that, an urban legend or, the house and hanging tree have both been removed and are now, at this time, a tree farm and private lake. Further investigation has been requested and we can safely say that neither the county
commissioners
office nor the historical society have the correct locations, unfortunately.

Currently Stephen has registered to take online parapsychology course work through a major institution in the U K. He hopes to have the credited degree in Parapsychology finished in 6 semesters, or roughly 2 years. This will also bring the official recognition of the group up another level. He also plans on sharing this education with the rest of the group to increase their level of understanding and scientific evaluation. As soon as he is finished, he will create an advanced paranormal studies course for the group to go through. He has already devised a very significant certification class for the group in which all current members are going through.

We would like to thank Geno for allowing us to investigate and take part in the festivities at the Brook Forest Inn. Not only were we allowed 5 hours to give tours and investigate the Inn Friday night, But Saturday as well. We were also allowed to hold séances both nights under scientifically controlled conditions. We installed cameras, including infrared, as well as audio recording devices and an infrared 35mm and regular digital. We were also accompanied by the gracious ladies of Full Moon Explorations who we simply adore. We look forward to more investigations with them in the future. They were extremely professional and we highly recommend them. You will find a link to them on our affiliates page, as well.

AAPI has just returned from Green River Wyoming after investigating the Sweetwater County Library. We want to thank the Library staff for all the information they provided as well as their generous hospitality. They went above and beyond what was needed to make our stay pleasant and gave us full access to the Library after hours as well. We have many hours of photos, audio, video as well as Infrared Video to analyze. We also received many other leads to various other haunted locations in the area. These we will give to David and Sean, Sweetwater County local investigators, who went out of their way to give us a hand. We hope they accept our invitation to be an affiliate and keep us informed of any activity they find in their area. Now on to the many hours of analyzing that lay before us.

AAPI is gearing up for a 3 month load of full investigations. This will take up nearly every weekend available through December. If you would like an investigation, please feel free to contact any member of our team for information. One word of warning, it may be a few weeks before we can meet with you and do a preliminary investigation.

A special thank you to 44 Blue Productions for their work on documenting AAPI on their show, ‘Haunted History', which is airing this month and October. It can be seen on TLC and the Discovery channels. Check your local listings. Thank you, 44 Blue Productions, for the mention of our group and for the nice sized tag at the end of the show. The girls, Sharon, Phaedra and Crystal, look great!

The work on the Spiricom is almost complete. Stephen has had to make a few adjustments and is using state of the art equipment to bring it into the 21st century. This includes computers and software able to adjust automatically to frequency fluctuations as needed. The Spiricom no longer looks like something out of a 50's science fiction movie. He has also installed mics around the room as well as directly from the Spiricom itself. This will help judge distance from voice to voice communication from the quadraphonic speaker system. Since the work on EVP in the field has been successful, his idea is that if ‘spirit' isn't able to communicate through the Spiricom, it should the option of direct voice via EVP.

Stephen and Sharon have just returned from Montana and the Custer Battlefield. Stephen has been monitoring the battlefield for over a year. He has painstakingly camped out in the field for several hours at a time and recorded many hours of audio and video, as well as taking pictures. This will be the last of the data research as it is the last of this season. He will now compile the data from all four seasons, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. The goal of the research was to compile data during 'documented haunted event anniversaries' as well as effect of atmospheric changes on area activity. Including informational assessment of whether it is considered documented events or suggested hallucinations.

Stephen has returned from England and Wales with many stories to tell. There are over 2 gigs of photos to sift through as well as many hours of audio to listen to and review. A few of the many places visited were London , Shrewsbury , Oxford , Much Wenlock, Ludlow and Langollen, Wales . The hotels were over 700 years old and he spent long hours in towers and castles. Not to mention basements (as it were) and centers where priests were burned at the stake. He also interviewed many locals and got lots of 'scoops' on local hauntings. One things remains the same over thee as here, the paranormal groups who offered a visit or two, failed to show up. One thing that drives us crazy here in the sates.

Stephen has just returned from Las Vegas and is getting ready to head to England and Wales . Sharon is currently preparing modules for an extended class syllabus for our investigators. Kathy and Stephen are currently writing a book in which the publishers are dying to get heir hands on. The team is gearing up to start researching protocols on how to investigate an entire town. As soon as we find a solution, this protocol will be made available to others online. Official uniforms are in process along with formal ID gear. This will make it easier to identify team members in photos and in the field. It is definitely going to be a busy summer.

Stephen is currently traveling and giving a lectures on Spirit Photography for local organizations. The lectures include classic photos dating from the late 1800's to present photos taken by AAPI at various locations. The lectures also includes a brief section on the composition of Orbs as well as Spirit Communication and the emergence of the Spiricom.

We are currently engaging in research involving Séances, readings with Psychic Mediums and Ritualistic behavior to compile data in which will be recorded during such events for studies. This data will be used for a report on accumulative comparisons of paranormal and anomalous activities that coincide during these events. Our published report will be made available to the general public as soon as it is released.

John, Christy, Kathy and Stephen were very fortunate to do a preliminary investigation at a haunted location in Otero County over the weekend. The site did show profound promise in activity and our findings will be made public as soon as all data has been concluded.

Congratulations to our affiliate in Las Vegas , LV Paranormal Investigations, for their article in Details Magazine. Great job, Mike Carrico, for all your hard work and dedication. To read the article, click here.

We are proud to announce that we have completed the construction of our ‘SPIRICOM' and it is up and running. We look forward to the research documentation and the analysis of our findings. We will most certainly post our recorded findings on our website and keep every up to date as best we can.

AAPI would like to welcome its newest members: Crystal Lynn Holford and Tony Shrimplin. We know their experiences will make AAPI even stronger in the field and in the lab. We are very excited to get them out in the field and started as soon as possible.

AAPI has had the pleasure of Working with Linda Morris, director of the Brook Forest Inn. We were privileged to have access to the Inn for an evening to record and document activity to be analyzed. During our investigation our teams captured several interesting photographs and recorded material is still being analyzed. We appreciate the arrangements made by Linda Morris for our research and look forward to working with her again. Information on the Brook Forest Inn can be found on the attached link.

AAPI has been chosen by Forty 4 Blue Productions to follow through with an investigation of a cabin on the Meyers Park Ranch for the History channel. We would like to thank David Hale and Forty 4 Blue Productions for the great opportunity and we look forward to many more opportunities to work with them again. Look for our mugs on the History channel coming soon.

Stephen has just returned from Custer Battlefield at Little Bighorn after a 3 day investigation of the site. We were informed that the battlefield has been showing some ‘strange' activity in the past couple of weeks. Stephen took several hours of video and over 1700 photos during the duration of his stay. The video and photo report will be available soon.

Recently we have gone to the Old Louisville Inn, in Louisville, CO. Our photos and video are being analyzed and a report will be available on our web site in the reports section. We also had a chance to meet up with IPR (independent Paranormal research) during the investigation. Yvonne Carlson, founder, and her group worked very well with our group, for a total of 8, for a pleasant evening of investigating.

Stephen: is reading manuals on equipment to see which are best for gathering paranormal data compiling information useful to other investigators. He is also gathering information on Dowsing/Divining Rods for an article on use and construction, as well as working on the reverse speech report.
